Class 3 2020 – 2021
We have had a spooky end to the half term. We all came dressed up in our spooky colours and enjoyed a treat from the Parent Group. A massive thank you! Enjoy half term everyone!
We used motion animation software to create a moving and talking King Arthur. We added audio to make Arthur address a waiting crowd of Britons before going into battle. We enjoyed presenting our animations to each other.
Our Anglo Saxon art and design journey
We looked at a range of intricate Anglo-Saxon patterns. We then used our sketch books to improve our mastery of art and design techniques by sketching our own Anglo-Saxon patterns. We used our patterns to create print blocks onto polystyrene. We were really pleased with our finished designs!
Our Harvest Festival
Traders and Raiders memorable experience! We had lots of fun launching our new topic by designing and making our very own viking sailing boats, complete with masts, shields and oars! !
Lucas enjoyed a trip to Hadrian’s wall with his family this weekend. He is interested in this period of history and has lots of knowledge within this area. Very useful with our current topic of Traders and Raiders!
Well Done Jenson
Jenson had a busy weekend running his first race since Lock down. He managed 1.5 miles in 14 minutes, coming 6th overall and 3rd out of the boys. It was a good weekend to have the Active 60 ball! Well done Jenson!
Well Done Matthew
Matthew has been awarded a trophy for his hard work in football. Well done Matthew, we are super proud of you.
