Class 2

Welcome to Class 2

Class 2 Staff

Mrs Aspinall
Mrs Gallacher
Mrs Hill

Miss Eade
Mrs Burton

Class 2 is a mix of Year 1 and Year 2 children.  Class 2 work alongside their teacher Mrs Aspinall and supported by Mrs Burton, Miss Eade, Mrs Gallacher and Mrs Hill. Their class is really the next step up from Class One as they enter into a slightly more formal curriculum. However, like all of our classes, they regularly undertake exciting and stimulating topic work based on areas that they choose themselves.

Class Charter

This is our class agreement between the children and adults so that we know how to be a rights respecting classroom.

We have chosen 3 UNCRC articles which we feel are important to us.

One of the articles which was important to us was

UNCRC Article 28
Every child has a right to an education.

We agreed that our actions would be to be good listeners, put hands up to speak and answer questions, try our best and work to together to be helpful. Adults will provide us with  a caring classroom environment, resources and work that is appropriate to the individual. We feel that all children in the world should have a school like ours and will try and help children who don’t.
